1999 Mercury Sable GS Sedan. Cobalt Blue. 131,000 miles. I believe it needs a transmission. I was driving this car regularly and one day last week while turning a corner the car stopped accelerating. The car does not move forward or backward in any gear. I'm not sure whether it's the transmission, but I just purchased a new car and I'm not interested in finding out what's wrong with this one. This car has a dual overhead cam 6-cylinder engine and power everything. I recently repaired the rear brakes and replaced a tie rod, lower ball joint, and wheel bearing up front. The interior of this car is in fair to good shape as is the engine and body. There is a moderate dent in the right front fender. The car would make an excellent parts car or you could drop in a used transmission and get many years of service out of it. First $500 takes it. You will need to tow it out of my driveway. I am sadly selling my 1981 Chevy C10 pickup. First I wanna start and say that even though it looks rough, it does runs good. It is a 1981 Chevy C10 2wd short. It came with the straight 6 250 but it was removed and replaced with a 350 small block 7 months ago. Quick details... motor rebuilt four years ago and only has about 1000 miles on it since then. When the swap was performed it got all new gaskets (oil pan, etc...), new NAPA ($300+) clutch, new NAPA ($200+) starter, full length Hooker headers, Flow-Tech reducers, straight pipe to a set of lightly used Dynomax mufflers. The interior needs to be finished, I just got into a really tight financial bind and cant go any further with it. I do drive it everyday with NO problems and it can been seen at the Jiffy Lube on Greenville Ave. in Staunton. While its not a "real" looker it does have great potential and already has a good powerplant to start it off.

For sale is a 1996 Ford Ranger 2WD regular cab short bed. It has been a very reliable vehicle for me, and I'm just selling because I bought a 4X4. It has two new tires, relatively new spark plugs and wires, and a new toolbox. I've had it for about a year and a half, and it has never given me a bit of trouble. This Ranger has a TMU (true mileage unknown) title, and the odometer shows about 127,000. The gas guage does not work (I just use the trip odometer). The truck gets between 24 and 27 MPG, depending on how hard it is driven. It has an after-market CD player and AM/FM stereo.

I need to sell soon, and am open to reasonable offers.
