We have two six month old kittens that are outdoor cats that were born on our property. One is a male who has been neutered and has his rabies shot. He is friendly and can be played with and picked up, though he is cautious. The other we believe is a female and we will be getting her spayed next week and getting her rabies shot. She likes to play with you as well but can't be pet or picked up, yet. They would be great barn cats or outdor cats for your home. The friendlier one probably could become an indoor pet if he is socialized more. I'm not sure if the other one will be able to. Thier parents have been living here and we have managed to trap and spay/neuter them and will try to keep them here, if possible. We are trying to find homes for the kittens because the neighbors don't like them going in thier yard. If we can't find homes for them, we are afraid they will trap them and bring them to a shelter, which would probably have to put them to sleep since they are not yet tame enough to be indoor pets. Please consider taking one or both if you have the outdoor space. We will deliver them and provide food for at least the first few months and they don't need any vet care now, they are good to go! Unfortuneately, we did not get to the mother cat before she had these kittens. We have been able to take in and adopt two of the litter that we socialized, but we need to find a place for the remaining two asap. If you know of anyone who might be able to help us find a home for them, please let us know. We wound up with these cats because somewhere along the line someone didn't care for thier animals and get them fixed, or keep them inside. The father seems as though he may have been a pet at some point long ago, he is not truly a feral cat. We are the companions of Bladen County Animal Control in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. A very small shelter in a rural area of the state. We try very hard to save as many of them as possible but sometimes the odds are against us. Even though from time to time we do get help form other rescue groups, currently they are full and can't help us at this time so we are asking for some outside help. We do have someone who is willing to transport companions for a very reasonable fee and you can view this information on the attached website from "A Shelter Friend". Our companions are vetted with their ouchie shots and will come with a health certificate from a licensed vet. All thier missing is a safe and loving home where they can enjoy being a dog. If you can open up your heart and have the room in you home for one of these wonderful sweethearts, please do give us a call. Time and space is very limited and the sense of urgency is upon us. Please help us save some lives....its the best feeling in the world and it starts with YOU !!!!

Delilah is about 1 year old. We are not sure what she is but, there is def some shepherd in there. She also strikes me as one that might some ACD in the mix, then again I could be wrong. It is hard to say with these dogs we take in, not knowing their prior history. Delilah was taken in by a kind hearted soul along with her brother Sampson after they were abandoned by their owner and left to fend for themselves. They were sent here in hopes of finding a forever home. -Delilah is wonderful with other dogs.

-She is kid safe.
-She rides in the car ok.
-She is leash trained.
-She weighs around 35/40 pounds and she should not get no bigger.
-She is house trained and is a joy to have inside.

Onyx, Sapphire, Diamond are little lab mix pups. They are owner surrenders that were sent to our rescue. They will be 8 weeks old Oct 29th. They will mature at around 35 pounds. We lost the least to our long time farm where our rescue was housed. The owners health is in decline and his children now have power of attorney. They want us gone. We had 30 days from Sept 25th to get out along with all our animals.

We have waived all adoption fees on the dogs. All we ask is a optional donation. All our dogs are current on vaccinations, dewormed and on heartworm prevention. Most are already spayed and neutered. Those that are not must be altered within 30 days of adoption. We can have them fixed with my rescue discount for $65 if the adopter is interested in that. All interested parties must submit a pre screen application found on the our animals for adoption page at http://www.ourcritters.net . There is a $10 application fee.

We can deliver Sunday to NO VA or anywhere 1 81 goes in VA. We charge a delivery fee of $35 per animal to cover our gas. It costs us $200 to make a trip there and back.

We can deliver to No VA anywhere along I 81 Oct 18th if you are interested in adopting. It will save anyone in in NO VA and north of there atleast 6/7 hrs of driving. We charge a $35 delivery fee per animal to cover our gas.

The yongest one is a female and she is very shy and timid.
The oldest female is a little on the aggressive side but very lovable.
The male is very out going and just likes to run.

The reason why we are trying to find them a new home is becuase we do not have the time to take care of them properly. My mother has been evicted from her house and has find a new home for her dog Bruce! Bruce is a boxer who is about 1 year old.

Bruce is an outdoor dog who needs lots of room to run. He has good intentions but has been know to be a little naughty. He is not good with small kittens and I would NOT suggest getting this dog if you have small kittens.

He would not be good with infants/toddlers but is great with my 8 year old brother.


Bruce comes with a doghouse and bowls.
