I have a Massanutten timeshare that I'm giving away. I paid approximately $40K back in 2010. Great place for kids and adults but my kids have outgrown it. I've been renting it out for the past 10 years. There are annual fees paid during July of each year (see below) + a Resort Use Fee (Not sure how much this was).
You can exchange thru RCI for another resort -- but you have to join RCI -- all questions regarding RCI and Massanutten refer to Massanutten and RCI for more information. Think there is a "bonus" week but again -- talk to Massanutten and/or RCI.
Gold Card -- discount card available for Massanutten services, activities, etc.

Sleeps 12, Upstairs is a Partial Kitchen, Downstairs is a Full Kitchen. Each level has 2 bedrooms and a sofa-pullout for 6 total sleepers each level.
Week 30 (Usually last week of July). Check-in Fri, Sat, or Sunday.
