This is an oven roasting pan made by Command Performance. It is 14” round a 4” deep. It includes the bottom grill so nothing sticks to the bottom of your pan. It has a “triply” bottom so it can be used on any type of stovetop or oven, a layer of aluminum inside 2 layers of stainless steel. Aluminum is the best conductor of heat! Both the top and side handles are coated in 14kt gold. It could also be used on a stovetop for your one pot dishes.
