A "chase cover" is basically built like a shoe box lid. If there is a pipe or vent then a hole is fabricated with a sleeve (like a turtle neck) and a storm collar (which prevents water from entering behind the sleeve).
A Vented Cap is built for traditional wood burning chimneys over fire places. All components are made with 304 stainless steel sheet metal and 16 gauge expanded for strength and ventilation. The caps are rust and corrosion proof and include a lifetime warranty.
