You can find out more about it at the link below or from some YouTube reviews, but basically, it has a whole bunch of presets already programmed into it and I almost always found one that worked for what I needed. If you hold both pedals down at the same time, it mutes the sound and puts you into tuner mode - really handy to be able to tune while muted. You can also create your own custom sounds mixing in different tones, effects, and amps. I used this for live performances for a couple of years before upgrading.
