$700 / 1br - Spacious room available! Utilities Included! (Staunton)

Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom home with. I am a man in my early forties who usually keeps to himself and prefers a mostly quiet lifestyle. I have 4 dogs, so you must be great with animals!

I am looking for someone who is interested in renting on a month to month basis for the short term and perhaps longer if we get along well and achieve a solid homeostasis here.

I work in the mental health field and will spend a fair amount of time at work. I don't mind infrequent visitors, but I would prefer if it is discussed with me first. I am quite private and particular about who I allow into my home. Mutual respect for one another will be paramount. Drama of any kind will not be tolerated here. Only peace and good vibes!

Don't worry, I'm not as stuffy as it may seem, I just value my privacy and like to keep my home a sanctuary.

The rent will include utilities (within reason) and wifi. I am located about 5 minutes from downtown Staunton in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

There is plenty of storage space in my shed and in the basement. The kitchen is quite nice and has a brand new fridge, sink, as well as a dishwasher. Big screen TV in the living room. Netflix/Prime Video. Hardwood floors. Washer/dryer. Second freezer in the basement. No smoking in the home. The home is partially furnished but you will need to provide whatever furnishings you desire in your bedroom.

Because of the animals I already have, I'm afraid I can not accept anyone with pets. I'm sorry. However, you *must* be kind, patient, and tolerant of my animals.

$700/month cash will be the rent. Please let me know if you are interested and would like to meet/talk more. I will also provide pictures of the room/amenities upon request!

After meeting up and determining if we are a good fit, you will need to fill out a rental application. The fee for the application is $50.

P.S. Bonus: Sometimes I make authentic Japanese ramen from scratch, and when I do, I make WAYYY too much for one person. :)
